Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information once your order has left our facility.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA)

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure you receive your device promptly. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service level.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, carrier operational issues, or peak holiday seasons.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated dynamically at checkout based on your country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Apnea Sciences is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Refused international packages will not be eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Apnea Sciences is not liable for lost or stolen items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us at support@snorerx.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
