We understand that adjusting to an oral appliance takes time. You have a full 30 nights from the date of delivery to try your SnoreRx or SnoreRx Plus device. If you are not completely satisfied with your results within this period, you are eligible for a full refund of the product's purchase price.
Conditions for Return
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Original shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs back to our facility.
How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)
To process your return smoothly, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@snorerx.co or call .
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
- Package the device securely and include the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to officially post to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product upon arrival, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the defect. We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
